These Terms govern your use of queenofspadesarchive.com (the "Site"), operated by the legal entity named below ("we", "us"). By entering or using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally permitted to view adult-oriented written material in your jurisdiction. If you are not, you must leave the Site. We may require additional age verification at any time and may refuse or terminate access.

2. The Service

The Site is a text-only archive of fictional adult stories and poems, plus related community features. It contains no photographs, video, or other visual depictions of real people engaged in sexual conduct. All characters are fictional adults aged 18 or older. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

3. Membership, Pricing, and Billing

$1.00 (USD) is charged today for the first 30 days of membership. Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at $1.00 every 30 days until cancelled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you confirm any purchase.

Payments are processed by CCBill, LLC, our authorized billing agent. Charges appear on your statement as {{CCBILL_BILLING_DESCRIPTOR}}. By purchasing you also agree to CCBill's consumer terms. We never receive or store your full card number.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from your account page, through CCBill support, or by emailing admin@queenofspadesarchive.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted. Provide accurate information.

6. Content Rules

All use is subject to our Rules. Strictly prohibited: any sexual content involving minors or youth-coded characters, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, non-consensual or coerced sex, sex with intoxicated, drugged, sleeping or incapacitated persons, hypnosis or mind control, blackmail, trafficking or paid-sex solicitation, extreme violence or gore, bodily-waste fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, threats, hate speech, and copyright infringement. Images, photographs, and video of a sexual nature may not be uploaded.

7. User Submissions

By submitting a story, comment, or post you confirm you are 18+, you own or have the right to submit it, it is fiction involving only adult characters, and it complies with the Rules. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute it on the Site. You keep ownership. All submissions are scanned and may be reviewed by a person before publication.

8. Moderation, Complaints, and Removal

We may review, label, hold, edit labels on, refuse, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce the law, these Terms, or card-network rules. Complaints and removal requests are handled under our Complaints & Content Removal Policy; copyright notices under our DMCA Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. 10. Termination

You may stop using the Site and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms; where termination is not for a violation, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW_STATE}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law of your residence requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Price changes will not apply to a billing period already paid and will be notified in advance.
