Complaints & Content Removal Policy

Anyone — member or not — can report content or request its removal.

Effective date: {{POLICY_EFFECTIVE_DATE}}

How to Complain

Use the Report form (no login required) or email admin@queenofspadesarchive.com. Tell us the URL, the reason, and any details needed to find the content.

What You Can Report

  • Content that may be illegal, including any sexual content involving minors;
  • Content that depicts or identifies a real person without consent, including non-consensual intimate content;
  • Content that violates our Rules or card-network standards (e.g. non-consent, incest, bestiality, intoxication, hypnosis);
  • Copyright infringement (or use the DMCA process);
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate speech; and billing complaints.

Our Process and Timelines

  1. Every report is logged and acknowledged.
  2. Reports of suspected illegal or non-consensual content are prioritized; the content is hidden immediately while reviewed.
  3. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days. We tell the reporter the outcome if contact details were given.
  4. Content found to be illegal or in violation is removed and the uploader may be suspended or banned. Suspected child sexual exploitation is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Removal Requests by Identified or Depicted Persons

If you believe you are identified or depicted in content on the Site without your consent, choose that reason on the Report form. We will remove the content without requiring further proof of identity beyond what is reasonably needed to locate it, and without charge.

Appeals

Uploaders and reporters may appeal a decision by replying to our decision email or writing to legal@queenofspadesarchive.com within 30 days. Appeals are decided by a person not involved in the original decision, normally within 7 business days. Where a dispute about consent cannot be resolved, the content stays removed.
