Refund and Cancellation Policy
How memberships, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks work.

Membership Price
$1.00 (USD) is charged today for the first 30 days of membership. Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at $1.00 every 30 days until cancelled. The $1.00 join charge also verifies that you are an adult holder of a valid payment card.
Billing Processor
All payments are processed by CCBill. Charges appear on your statement as {{CCBILL_BILLING_DESCRIPTOR}}. CCBill customer support is available 24/7 at support.ccbill.com for billing questions and cancellations.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by any of these methods:
- Your account page → Manage / Cancel membership;
- support.ccbill.com (look up your purchase by email or subscription ID); or
- Emailing admin@queenofspadesarchive.com from the email used at checkout.
Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Every cancellation is confirmed by email.
Refunds
- Duplicate charges, billing errors, and any charge made after a confirmed cancellation are refunded in full.
- If a problem on our side prevents access and we cannot fix it promptly, we refund the affected period.
- Unauthorized use of your card: contact us or CCBill immediately; we will cancel the membership, refund the charge, and close the account.
- Any other refund request made within 7 days of a charge is reviewed in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through CCBill, usually within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or CCBill before filing a chargeback; most issues are resolved and refunded quickly. If a chargeback is filed, the related account is suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
