This policy explains how we, the operator of QoS Archive (Queen of Spades Archive), collect, uses, and protects personal information on queenofspadesarchive.com.

Information We Collect

• Account data: email address, display name, hashed password, account role and status, and the dates you confirmed you are 18+ and accepted the Terms.
• Membership data from CCBill: subscription ID, status, price, renewal and cancellation dates, and the email used at checkout. Card details are collected and processed only by CCBill; we never receive full card numbers.
• Content and activity: stories, comments, reactions, bookmarks, reports, and moderation records.
• Technical data: cookies needed to run the Site (age confirmation, session, security), and hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How We Use It

To provide and secure the Site, manage memberships and billing, verify that users are adults, moderate content, respond to reports and support requests, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share information only with: CCBill (payment processing, cancellations, refunds, and disputes); hosting and database providers acting on our instructions; law enforcement or authorities where legally required (including mandatory reports of suspected child exploitation); and successors in a business transfer, subject to this policy.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after closure, except billing, report, moderation, and legal-hold records we must keep for compliance, dispute, or legal purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by emailing privacy@queenofspadesarchive.com. Residents of the EEA/UK, California, and other jurisdictions have the rights their laws provide; we will not discriminate against you for using them. We respond within 30 days.

Launch Signup Emails

If you join the “Get updates” list on our coming-soon page, we store your email address (lowercased), the date you signed up, where on the Site you signed up, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for abuse prevention; we never store the raw IP. You must confirm you are 18 or older to sign up. We use this list only to tell you when the Site launches and about major Site news; we do not sell or share it except with an email provider acting on our instructions. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe or ask us to delete your entry by emailing privacy@queenofspadesarchive.com. Unsubscribed entries are kept only as a suppression record so we do not email you again.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it.

Children

The Site is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete it and close the account if we learn otherwise.
